COVID 19 POLICY

Covid-19 has obviously hit the tourism industry hard, but it has hit all businesses and consumers hard too. For that reason in the event of  state/regional lock down Adagio In Auburn will refund your stay.  Please note this does not include instances where as an individual you can not travel due to a positive COVID-19 test or you have been asked to isolate due to close contact exposure.  In these instances, the normal cancellation policy applies and you are therefore encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover your costs.

 

If you are still uncertain about booking through the website due to payment taken at the time, you are welcome to call or email me and I can secure the dates, and payment can be made closer to your stay all going well. 

 

It is to be noted however, unless you book directly through our website/or through direct contact, I can not guarantee full refund of payment as booking sites charge commission fees which I can not always get waived.
