Booking Conditions

Placement of a booking means you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions. Please therefore ensure you have read and understood the following policies...

Cancellation Policy

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 30% administration fee. For cancellations made 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit 50% of the full tariff. No refund will be given if cancellation notification is less then 14 days prior to the first date booked, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances. Confirmation of your booking means you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions. Please therefore ensure you have read and understood the cancellation and all related policies

Check in - Check Out

Check in is 2pm, Check out is 10am. We may be able to negotiate an earlier check in or later checkout time, but that is dependent on if any other guests are coming in/exiting on the same day. There is no guarantee that this can be accommodated until the day before arrival. Check out is STRICTLY 10am. Our cleaner has multiple commitments and will be onsite at 10am to ensure sufficient time for a thorough clean. 

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at the accommodation with the exception of Certified Disability Dogs. In the event of a Certified Disability Dog a $300 cash bond is required to cover potential property damage done by the dog. The bond will be returned in full if no damage or additional cleaning is required 20 days after your stay. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or in the undercover areas. Any costs relating to additional cleaning of furnishings/property relating to smoke odour will be at the guests cost.  

Alterations

Alterations: The operator will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operator reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Additional Guest Policy

Additional guests beyond that stated on the confirmation notice is not permissible. Maximum guest number is 2.
 

Cleanliness Policy

It is the responsibility of the guest's to ensure the property is left in an acceptable condition. This includes cleaning and putting away kitchen dishes/glasses. Guests will be charged a fee of $35 an hour for excess cleaning

Damage Policy

While accidents happen, any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks, windows, keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost by the guest. A written inventory is conducted prior to guests arrival and on guest departure by cleaning staff.
